Foreword
Peroxide cross-linked semiconductive shielding material for conductors of XLPE insulated cables for medium and high voltage cables (referred to as inner shielding material) is made of EVA resin and conductive carbon black as the main raw materials. Oxygen, cross-linking agent and other processing aids are mixed, extruded and granulated.

Instructions
If the product needs to be dried before use when the product has a long storage period, it is recommended to use blast drying. It can be extruded with a single screw extruder of L/D≥25. It is better to enter the hot material into the extruder. Recommended reference The extrusion temperature is as follows:

Packaging, Shipping, Storage
1. The product 500Kg is a package, the inner bag is a polyethylene film bag, and the outer packaging is a rigid carton, which is placed on a wooden or plastic bracket.
2. Transportation and storage
The product shall not be exposed to sunlight and rain during transportation, and shall be kept clean, dry, free from contamination, and kept in a complete package.
The product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. The storage period starts from production 6 months from the date.
