Instructions
If the inner bag fails to prevent moisture or has a long storage time, the material should be dried before feeding and extruding. It is better for the hot material to enter the extruder. It is better to use a low shrinkage ratio (1.25-2.0:1) for the screw. Please contact the supplier first if you use an equidistant and unequal depth single-thread screw or other screw extrusion. Packaging, Shipping, Storage
1. The product should be packed with moisture-proof, inner bag with polyethylene film or aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film bag, outer bag with polypropylene textile/polyethylene/kraft paper composite bag, net weight 25± 0.2kg per bag, Other packaging and unit net weights may also be used.
2. Transportation and storage
The product shall not be exposed to sunlight and rain during transportation, and shall be kept clean, dry, free from contamination, and kept in a complete package.
The product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period is 6 months from the production date.
